About Tamsi

Tamsi moved to New York from Texas with indie-rock band Grassfight (www.grassfight.bandcamp.com)



for which she played bass guitar. She has studied improv, and sketch at Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, The Peoples Improv Theater, and the Annoyance Theater.



She created T. Matilda Production Co, a collective of shows such as Super Free Monday's Indie HourThe Wes Anderson Players, and The Ladies of the PIT. Tamsi was the lead producer for parody musicals South By South Death (National Sawdust) and Locked Up Bitches (PIT). She was the Co-Creator and Head Writer for the first season of This Live Show, a popular late night/sketch hybrid, returning for its third season this fall. 



Tamsi has directed live sketches and video content for This Live Show, Sean & Georgie, and Sktch Shw. She was a series regular on Gramercy Boulevard and Low Budget Sketch Show, a weekly improv performer on various house-teams at the PIT for five years, and a writer/performer for Old School Sketch Show. Her voice can be heard on Kevin McDonald's comedy album, Making Faces
