Reverse 5: The Scene

THE SCENE is an evening of improvised one-act plays. Don't be thrown if these funny, sorrowful, weird and powerful scenes are unlike any theater you've seen before. That's the idea. It's all improvised.

Blending parlor drama and surreal comedy, THE SCENE is hosted by monoscene-enthusiasts Reverse 5, four (yes, four) men from around the country who have been tinkering with one-act improvisation together since 2008. Their tales of fractured families and monstrous man-children are sure to chill and delight.

Reverse 5 is Dan Hodapp, Tim Martin, Ben Mauk, and Micah Sherman.

The Naked Comedy Showcase

Created and hosted by Boston comic, Andy Ofiesh, the NAKED COMEDY SHOWCASE features an eclectic roster of stand-up, sketch, and improv artists, all completely in the buff. Andy has been drawing crowds in with a unique blend of clever wit and nudity in various venues from Boston to Scotland, where he had a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. This is a show not to be missed - taking your pants off is optional!

Whether it's at a five-star restaurant or a Kennedy's Fried Chicken, OJ will create an unforgettable date chock-filled with awkward, tense, romantic and hilarious moments! Joining us for our rendezvous will be "Audience of Two" with Ben Masten (Local 154) and Sam Dingman (Local 154). And who knows? If you bring an ID, you can come onstage and go on a blind date with OJ!

The Dan Ryan is a New York sketch comedy group consisting of Black20.com performers, Walker and Cantrell, and Daily Show producer, Jimmy Donn. Be prepared to laugh, be slightly offended, laugh again, cough once or twice, recall a repressed memory, and drink lots and lots of beer (or wine). Members include: Mike O'Gorman, Jessie Cantrell, Sarah Walker, Ted O'Gorman, Pat Driscoll, and Jimmy Donn.
