Sonicsgate

Sonicsgate: Requiem For A Team is a feature documentary that explains how, after 41 years of playing NBA basketball in Seattle, the SuperSonics were relocated to Oklahoma City and became the Thunder in 2008. This award winning documentary exposes the true story of political impotence, corporate greed and deception that allowed a Northwest institution to be dismantled and shipped off despite the protests of loyal fans... and why your favorite team could be next on the chopping block.

Nominated for two Webby Awards in Online Film & Video (Best Editing; Sports).

**** out of ***** "The movie's unsettling truth is out there for all to learn. A fan's love for their team can be taken away by outside forces... That series of unfortunate events is expertly recounted and explained in Sonicsgate.
- Pete Croatto, AMC Film Critic

"The Most Persuasive Grassroots Flick of 2009. This pitch-perfect documentary shows the collateral damage when a team leaves town."
- Sports Illustrated, December 2009 issue

Reverse 5: The Scene

THE SCENE is an evening of improvised one-act plays. Don't be thrown if these funny, sorrowful, weird and powerful scenes are unlike any theater you've seen before. That's the idea. It's all improvised.

Blending parlor drama and surreal comedy, THE SCENE is hosted by monoscene-enthusiasts Reverse 5, four (yes, four) men from around the country who have been tinkering with one-act improvisation together since 2008. Their tales of fractured families and monstrous man-children are sure to chill and delight.

Reverse 5 is Dan Hodapp, Tim Martin, Ben Mauk, and Micah Sherman.
