Reverse 5: The Scene

THE SCENE is an evening of improvised one-act plays. Don't be thrown if these funny, sorrowful, weird and powerful scenes are unlike any theater you've seen before. That's the idea. It's all improvised.

Blending parlor drama and surreal comedy, THE SCENE is hosted by monoscene-enthusiasts Reverse 5, four (yes, four) men from around the country who have been tinkering with one-act improvisation together since 2008. Their tales of fractured families and monstrous man-children are sure to chill and delight.

Reverse 5 is Dan Hodapp, Tim Martin, Ben Mauk, and Micah Sherman.

THIS WEEK FEATURING:

Bergditch
Two worlds collide in this epic two-person improv show: The manic foolishness of Thomas Middleditch (Improvised Shakespeare, The Law Firm) and the honest hilarity of Matt Oberg (Big Black Car, Ugly Americans).

"The classic interplay between silly man (Middleditch) and straight man (Oberg) feels fresh when the pairing is this inspired" - TIME OUT NY
