ALEX HAYNES was born in Manhattan and raised in the midwest. He received BA’s in Theatre and Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2008. While there he co-founded and performed in the improv group Stitch Tactics. He spent the summer of 2008 apprenticing with the Rubicon Theatre during the inaugural Rubicon International Theatre Festival. Before returning to New York he became an improvisor with Comedy Sportz KC and acted in “LIttle House on the Prairie” and “And Then They Came for Me: Remembering the World of Anne Frank” at the Coterie Theatre. In New York City he has acted in  the Sanguine Theatre Company’s production of “The Last Days of Judas Iscariot” By Stephen Adly Guirgis and many staged readings by the Impetus Ensemble. He has studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and can be seen bi-monthly at the PIT performing with Day Camp Kids in their show “Tug of War”.
