Ashok Kondabolu

The KONDABOLU BROTHERS are comedian-writer Hari Kondabolu (Comedy Central Presents, Jimmy Kimmel Live) and hypeman-genius Ashok Kondabolu (“Dap” from Das Racist). When they are not touring, the brothers join forces to create “The Untitled Kondabolu Brothers Project,” a show described  by the Seattle newspaper The Stranger as “featuring the worldly wits of New York-based comedian Hari Kondabolu and his rather more lunatic younger brother Ashok Kondabolu.” (This is accurate.) The show is a loosely-structured, mostly improvised talk show performed in front of a giant power point and includes an interview with a special guest. It has been highlighted in both New York Magazine and CBS New York’s website. Previous topics of discussion have included: Peak Oil Theory, the Illuminati, cultural appropriation, Blipsters, police brutality and Ashok’s vitamin manifesto.
