Erick Hellwig

ERICK HELLWIG is an actor, writer, comedian and improviser in New York City. Erick has studied with The Second City, The Upright Citizens Brigade and The Peoples Improv Theater, and has performed at the Toronto Improv Festival, The Philadelphia Improv Festival, The Del Close Marathon & Sketchprov. He performs on the current PIT house team Stranger, the independent improv troupe Herschel, and is the host of New Team Lunacy, a free improv jam every Thursday at 11pm at The PIT. Erick also writes and performs in the sketch troupe American Human and recently starred in the short film “Where Are You Going On Those Two Crooked Feet”. Other credits include content on PIT TV, two Google commercials, the PIT showcase “Mommy, I Exist!”, and the experimental play “Level Next” directed by Kevin Scott.
