The PIT

Laura Moran

LAURA MORAN is a writer and performer originally from Columbus, Ohio
and like so many Ohioans, currently lives in Brooklyn.  She studied
improv at the People’s Improv Theater and is a member of the PIT house
team Technicolor, which performs every Monday at the Monderground.
She can also be seen performing with her indie improv team Barbara!.
She attended  Barnard College, where she studied Film and Sociology
and graduated with honors in recognition for her documentary thesis
project “Gay Bingo,” which was about, well gay people playing bingo.
She has also studied film production and writing at New York
University and at UCLA.  She is also a professional ‘outside agitator’
and spends her days trying to make the world a little more fair.
