SAMARA DOUCETTE is a comedian and storyteller based in New York City and co-produces This is Awkward.  Prior to This is Awkward, she was a featured performer in The NYC: A Fully Improvised Teen Drama and participated in a RISK! podcast with Kevin Allison. She trained in long form improv under Billy Merritt and Rob Heubel at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre and Armando Diaz at the Magnet. She also has studied storytelling with Margot Leitman at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre. She lives in beautiful TriBeTar (“Triangle Below Target”) in Brooklyn.
