Rental Information
The PIT rents out the theater for rehearsals, technical rehearsals,
auditions, showcase performances, workshops, readings, special events, screenings,
and other events. Typically, the space can be rented Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm
(the space is booked with classes and shows in the evenings and on weekends).
Please note that The PIT does not rent out the space for evening shows or
performances. If you have a show you are interested in putting up at The PIT,
please send a DVD or VHS of your show (or a script/outline if a DVD/VHS is
not available) to

Rates:
- Rehearsal — $25 per hour
- Technical Rehearsal (using lights, sound,
projector, mics, or any other techinical equipment) — $30 per hour
- Auditions/Filming/Showcases/Readings
(or anything else involving an audience or the use of our lobby area) — $50
per hour
