Sarah Elizabeth Hewitt | Peoples Improv Theater

Sarah Elizabeth Hewitt

Sarah Elizabeth Hewitt is an actress, improviser, stand up comedian, and writer. She is thrilled to be a part of Curmudgeon, a brand new house team that can be seen performing on Super Free Wednesdays.  She originally fell in love with improv at the grand old age of 12 when she took her first short form class in her hometown of Hope, NJ.  (Yes, and…that is a real place) Since then she has graduated from The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, and completed the improv programs at both UCB and The PIT. In addition to Curmudgeon, she also performs Harry Potter themed long form as part of the cast of the Heirs of Hogwarts. This past summer she played Lady Frances Walsingham at The Sterling Renaissance Festival. She is also one half of an indie improv duo, SHewitt, with fellow PIT house team member Charlie Shulman. When she’s not making things up off the top of her head, she can be seen acting and doing stand up comedy all over NYC. For more info please checkout her website at www.sarahelizabethhewitt.com.
