Usama Siddiquee is a Bengali-American comedian who grew up in Dallas and now lives in New York. His complete ease with writing about himself in third-person should already be impressing you.
Usama's act has been described (by people he respects, of course) as highly energetic and intelligent. Drawing mostly from life experiences about his family and friends as well as his own 23-year-old-idiot's take on the world, expect charismatic hilarity that makes you think a little bit. He is a harbinger of comedic intensity and energy. So yea, definitely don't attend one his shows if you hate heavy laughter or extensive hand motions.
In only a few years since starting comedy, Usama has already opened for national acts such as Paul Varghese (Comedy Central, HBO) and Nick Guerra (Comedy Central). He was a quarter-finalist at the Laughing Skull Comedy Festival this year in Atlanta, GA; he placed third in the 2013 East Texas Comedy Festival in Tyler, TX; and he was a semi-finalist in the 2012 Funniest Comic in Texas Competition.
So yea, he's worth it. Especially if you're into extensive hand motions.
