“You’re on earth. There’s no cure for that.” -Samuel Beckett
This show is for Samuel Beckett. Author, playwright, human, revolutionary, tragicomic, filmmaker, resistance fighter, corpse. This day, April 13th, we celebrate his birth by creating a show in his absurdist style using the template of one of his greatest plays: ‘Waiting for Godot’.
Everything you see on stage will be completely improvised. You may laugh, cry, nothing is certain. All you can be certain is the continuation of that long and tiresome process of dying. Join us, keep your appointment, how many can boast as much as that?
This show is produced and performed by the members of As You Will.
