Introducing two brand new works of theatre from two different up and coming new york playwrights for the first time in New York City. Ashley Campbell and Patrick Moore star in “What It’s Like to Be a Bat”, the story of two strangers’ chance meeting on the edge of a bridge. Directed by Drew Maidment and written by Helen Laser, this play focuses on issues of depression, suicide, and the human condition. The performance is directly followed by a staged reading of “Whale Songs” by Matt Gill. The play centers around a recluse writer and his attempts to avoid contact with everyone except his “Alexa” device. Join us on September 25th at 9pm to see what this exciting group of young actors, directors, designers, and playwrights has in store.
