In light of the directives from the New York State government and joining New York’s other arts organizations, The PIT will be temporarily suspending performances and classes through March 31st. This includes rescheduling the 9th Annual NYC Improv Festivale (exact dates to be determined.)  We will be actively monitoring the situation and reassessing this policy as the situation develops, based on the most up-to-date recommendations from the city, the state, and the CDC, and will update our performers, students, faculty, staff and audience as soon as we are able.

Representatives from our respective departments  will be reaching out to the appropriate parties regarding show/class/event rescheduling, tickets, etc. We thank you in advance for your patience as we work through these things in as timely a manner as possible.

For any ticketing questions, please reach out to info@thepit-nyc.com

For any show scheduling or cancellation questions, please reach out to info@thepit-nyc.com

For any class related questions, please reach out to classes@thepit-nyc.com

For any questions regarding corporate events or rentals, please reach out to corporate@thepit-nyc.com .

Ultimately, what matters most to us is that our PIT community – performers, faculty, students, staff and audiences – stay safe and healthy during this trying time. That’s what has brought us to this decision – we’re saddened that this has become necessary, but we feel it’s the only way to keep our community’s best interests at heart. We will update all members of our PIT community with the latest information on an ongoing basis, as soon as we have it. Stay safe, happy and healthy!
