NYC SKETCHFEST’24 – BRICK PENGUIN/NEVER SAD

The 10TH ANNUAL NYC SKETCHFEST’24 is New York City’s premier sketch comedy festival, and one of the nation’s largest, runs Thursday, October 17th – Sunday, October 20th.

BRICK PENGUIN

Brick Penguin is a sketch comedy group from Washington, DC. They perform raw, joke-packed live sketch comedy shows that have at times included bribing their audience with cash, eating a 12-foot party sub onstage, shadowplay, tapdancing, blood spurts, and disgracing Pearl Harbor Day.

NEVER SAD

The New York Times once called us a “sketch duo.” We’re Nehemiah & Jed – writers, comedians and biological brothers based in NYC, and together we’re Never Sad. Our joke-dense, topical, and occasionally shocking sketches have entertained audiences at SF Sketchfest, the New York Comedy Festival, Montreal Sketchfest, and Portland Sketchfest. NYC Sketchfest debut.

NYC SKETCHFEST’24 aims to showcase both local and national sketch teams, spanning from established favorites to emerging groups, fostering a collective reunion of sketch brilliance. Programming will include DIGITAL SKETCH HOURS, the 24 HOUR SKETCH SHOW and more! All are welcome to submit!
