The 10TH ANNUAL NYC SKETCHFEST’24 is New York City’s premier sketch comedy festival, and one of the nation’s largest, runs Thursday, October 17th – Sunday, October 20th.

“Operation: Get a New Mom” is a long form sketch in the style of a 90’s sitcom. When a down-on-his-luck single dad can’t get off the couch, his twin daughters Christina and Blisstina hatch a plan to set up their dad with the perfect woman, with some truly unconventional tactics. After all, two brains are better than one!

YOUR FATHER AND I

Your Father and I would like to show you something. It is an expression of joy and of sorrow, of pleasure and pain, and, if you do it right, it takes about an hour. Your Father and I is a new sketch comedy group that demonstrates the proper technique for achieving full amusement. From the surreal and upsetting to the bleak and misanthropic, Your Father and I will satisfy all of your wildest fantasies, performing visceral comedy ribbed with rapture, hallucinations, and references they believe to be contemporary.

NYC SKETCHFEST’24 aims to showcase both local and national sketch teams, spanning from established favorites to emerging groups, fostering a collective reunion of sketch brilliance. Programming will include DIGITAL SKETCH HOURS, the 24 HOUR SKETCH SHOW and more! All are welcome to submit!
