Smile More – ISHA PATI
Smile More is the story of a young woman and all the voices in her head. This solo show will showcase my standup, musical comedy, and character pieces, touching on everything from catcalling to the Lincoln assassination to talking fish. My work focuses on topics that are femme, outrageous, silly and smart in equal measure. Contained inside of one larger standup piece, the show will feature interspersed segments of characters and songs, both tested and new. With this show I aim to delight, surprise, and warm hearts.

A Po(u)rn Star is Born – DAVEY MICHAEL RUIZ
This is a visually satisfying interactive show where I create the wettest, gushiest, and shiniest “pourn” you’ve ever seen (SFW of course) right before your eyes! There will be glitter. Lots and lots of glitter.
As I tell my story throughout the show I will have a camera connected to the tv to project the visuals I create on the screen behind me. Watercolor, paints, slime, etc, all being presented in real-time as I go through my script. The goal for me is to tell a coherent story about my life while creating trippy visuals and hoping the jokes land.
Tech is very simple and can be ran myself. Audience seats are facing the screen, I am up front with a camera set up connected to the tv and pointed at my ‘canvas’.
