This class is designed to take the students through a Second City style process of improvisation to solid sketch. Taught by Second City vet and PIT faculty member Patrick McCartney this class will help you flesh out ideas and generate entirely new ones using all sorts of improv techniques. We will focus on building a strong ensemble, finding the funny and ultimately writing down what works. We will end this class with two shows that will showcase the members of the class as both writers and performers.
