Moran is a professional director and producer who has worked on over 100+ successful projects spanning digital, film and stage over a 15 year career. Moran has studied at Stella Adler Studio, Stonestreet Studios, and the Peoples Improv Theater, and graduated from NYU Tisch School of the Arts. She is the co-founder and executive producer of the Asian Comedy Fest, the largest and longest-running comedy festival celebrating AAPI comedic talent, small businesses and charitable organizations. Currently, Moran is a freelance producer, director, editor, writer, and career coach under her company k.mo.productions, as well as working full-time for Yahoo News as the executive producer and head of content development on their branded content team, creating award-winning storytelling for brands
Tuesdays, 6:30-8:30pm This class will go over all aspects of what makes a successful sketch comedy digital video, from strategy and development, to budgeting and production, plus post-production, marketing, distribution and more.
