The PIT is looking for a new Corporate Workshop Coordinator to build our corporate workshop program, generate corporate workshop leads, and manage the program as a whole. The Corporate Workshop Coordinator will oversee workshop curriculum, execute lead generation and marketing campaigns including but not limited to network marketing, relationship marketing, cold calling, and market research, and handle administrative tasks including but not limited to booking rehearsal space, hiring instructors, and handling instructor payroll.
The ideal candidate for the Corporate Workshop Coordinator position is an improviser with experience teaching and coaching improv, as well as experience in the corporate/professional world. The Corporate Workshop Coordinator should be comfortable discussing the benefits of improvisation and performance in everyday life.
Additional skills necessary for this position include strong organizational skills, strong written, in person, and over-the-phone communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as on teams.
The Corporate Workshop Coordinator is a part time, free-lance position. Pay includes commission on corporate workshops sold.
