John Barrett// Slappable

It’s hard to date with a face so easy to slap, or at least that’s what John thinks. Come see if you agree.

Alison LeBrun// The Double Bind

Martha finds herself on a trauma informed game showwhile on vacation. She’s been working hard in therapy, and now has a chance to win the prestigious Double Bind Award for most healed woman in the Northeast. There’s one thing standing in the way: Her complex PTSD brain. If she can make it through the ridiculous game show challenges (with some help from the audience), she may find the answer she’s been looking for. Come for a goofy, ridiculous, lighthearted take on therapy & human-ing.

**Please note there is a brief mention of the term Childhood Sexual Abuse to set the first scene. There is not a deep dive or re-enactment. Please take care of your well being and leave if you need to.

Michael Doshier// MUSIC! (or, Another Gay Gives Up His Dream of Being a Pop Star)

Michael is going to be a popstar! His legacy falls within the lineage of all your faves: Britney! Beyonce! Gaga! He’s got all the pieces in order: he’s in a band, he works as an assistant to a record exec, he’s even taking dance classes. At this point, it’s just a matter of time. Sure, it’s a hustle (and it’s taking longer than he expected), but it’s all worth it – because it leads to his real life. See, his REAL LIFE? It hasn’t begun yet. But he knows it will once he finally arrives at his destiny: that of a pop music superstar.

Suzanne Heintz// 2 Cats & A Dead Lady

30 years after leaving her hometown, Suzy Heintz, now a middle-aged cat lady, returns to New York City, after hosting her Mother’s Funeral in AZ. Carrying an urn full of ashes and two unsedated cats, she arrives at the Airport, hoping to start a new life, and put her Mother to rest, all where the story began. But the TSA had other ideas.
